Joseph done an awesome job replacing my hot water unit.He and his offsider were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly.Good old fashioned service, I really appreciate it and will be back again.

Running late ,which I was notified about. Very impressed with Dr Luke's professionalism for a young tradie, told him the problem fix within 15mins, would use them again 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, also checked on my gas hot water system aswell, he needs a pay rise 😊

What a great experience with the Tap Doctor. The team were courteous and punctual during the quoting phase and their price was very competitive. But the real highlight was the attitude and behaviour of their technician on site. He went about his work clinically and quickly. The quality of the finished product was excellent and the cleanliness of the site was superb. The technician was friendly, accommodating and very professional. I have not qualms in recommending the tap doctor to anyone. I will certainly be using them again.

I had an urgent requirement of a suddenly heavy dripping tap. Reece confirmed he could come that day. He arrived on time and presented well. After he gave some options of how to proceed and I chose, Reece then efficiently did the work perfectly. Before I knew it, it was all completed. I think it’s rare to have tradespeople come so punctually and then work so efficiently. I really recommend Reece.

I called them after the broken of water sink and they immediately replied me & booked an appointment. They came at my place on right time and diagnosed the whole thing. After the quote they fixed my broken sink and fixed it within an hour.Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised with service and cost.Called approx 7 to 8 plumbers to do a retic cut in for a job I am in. Got smacked on the face with ridiculous costs and time frames.1 even asked for a $200 'attendance' fee regardless of whether I was going ahead with the job.Tap doctor came out for a free quote within 40 mins of me calling. I accepted quote and job was done very quickly.The plumber that came out was great with a Superb attitude. I was honestly very sceptical when I called the tap doctor due to my experiences with the other plumbers I called. From now on, I will only be recommending tap doctor to my clients and friends. A good and fair service goes a long way.

Great service, ran late but kept me informed about the delay. Kitchen faucet had been stuck for months but was quoted a new mixer facet and it's so much better.

Tom offered a number of suggestions to solve our water hammer problem. We will work through these and hopefully we will solve the issue

Excellent service. We called on Friday and had service as soon as we wanted. Plumber Carl gave us options, fixed our tap, and diagnosed a water pressure problem. We decided to go ahead on the day and it was done within thirty minutes. Tap Doctor was on time, friendly, had great advise and could explain it in easy terms, and the price was fair. Will use again and recommend to others.

The Midland team were great! I rang at 4.30pm and expected to get an appt the following week but was told someone could attend the following morning, fantastic! Booked it in, the next day the plumber was running late which I was notified of well in advance. When he arrived he fixed my leaky shower, recommended changing over my leaky bathroom basin taps to a single mixer tap and now it works perfectly! Separate hot and cold taps have always been annoying so am so happy with the changeover. Very professional, courteous and friendly, great communication and love that someone could attend so quickly. Excellent service thank you!
